About the role
Our Panera cafes are upscale, friendly cafes which feature freshly baked breads and pastries. We serve made-to-order soups, salads and sandwiches as well as specialty espresso beverages. We're known for our artisan breads, quality soups, salads and sandwiches, resulting in a grease and alcohol-free environment for our team members. No Fryers and No Late Nights. We take pride in every aspect of our work and perform it with energy and enthusiasm. We need strong team players, with a commitment to serving our guests and creating the warm and friendly atmosphere that Panera is known for. The Catering Lead plays a big role in the cafe with the responsibility to coordinate catering operations according to Pan American standards, provide excellent customer service and partner with the catering team to track and build future catering sales. What else is in it for you? A lot! Competitive pay, meal discounts, insurance options, daily pay program*, career growth opportunities and flexible scheduling. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
