The successful candidate will play a key role in advising clients on financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support informed decision-making and business growth.To be a good fit for our Advisory Manager role, you will have:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree is a plus5+ years of experience in Big4/public accounting, consulting, and/or industry, with a strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance managementSome accounting experience or understanding of accounting principles and standards.Experience in financial planning and analysis tools, ERP systems, and business intelligence platformsAdvanced Excel skills and some experience with data visualization tools such as Power BIExperience in post-merger integration and financial consolidation is a plusProven ability to develop complex financial models and perform detailed financial analysis.Strong analytical skills to identify cost savings opportunities and operational efficienciesExperience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for various business unitsStrong project management skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreamsExcellent communication skills to effectively relay financial concepts to all stakeholders from staff to executivesA proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementA drive to forge deep relationships both internally through a variety of culture initiatives and externally through industry-leading hospitality effortsKeen attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWhat's in it for you:We pay 100% of insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision for you AND your familyTypical compensation range of $140,000- $160,000 We match 50% to 6% on our 401KFully paid parental leave for all new parentsMonthly stipend for whole human wellnessAll the technology you'll need to be successful, the most advanced software, and accessories to ensure you get the job done in styleMonthly team outings (think: axe throwing, a trip to the State Fair, go-kart races, etc.)In closing...If this role sounds exciting, apply and let's start the conversation!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
