About the role

Lots of people think Conservatives don't care about climate change. That's not true. We just like climate policies that don't harm the economy or our families. At Citizens' Climate Lobby, Republicans and Democrats, Conservatives and Liberals work in a bipartisan fashion to advocate for sensible national climate policy. Join us if you want to help. Your activities might include: Educating the community about global warming and legislative solutions Meeting with congressional leaders Writing letters to the editor Hosting film screenings and panel conversations Meeting with local media We welcome you to join us and begin working toward climate solutions in your community. We'll connect you with your local chapter no matter where you live in the U.S. We also have options available for working on your own or virtually with others. Want to know more? We offer a weekly Informational Session every Wednesday at 5pm Pacific / 6pm Mountain / 7pm Central / 8pm Eastern. It is a livestream webinar and there are opportunities to ask questions. https://citizensclimatelobby.org/informational-session/ Watch our video to learn more: Conservatives Take Action for Climate at CCL

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
