Role Description: This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of elevator modernization, service, and repair in their territory. This role requires building strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities through cold calling and events, providing proposals, neotiation, closing the deal, and account managing. The representative partners closely with building owners, property managers, consultants, and the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. This role is for someone who has a HUNGRY & DRIVEN mentality.
Qualifications: Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business opportunities. Experience building your pipeline by driving new leads in your territory through cold calling, attending networking events, and creating strong local connections. Conduct site surveys with service manager, review equipment condition, and collaborate with the operations team to prepare accurate proposal and quotes. Experience presenting to customers, clearly explaining cost factors, value, and the benefits of modernization, service, and repair options. Oversee the full sales cycle from initial contact, through bid proposal, approval, and contract execution, while continuing to manage and grow the customer account thereafter. Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Competence in using CRM tools, basic office software, and reporting systems to document activities and analyze sales performance. Prior experience in elevator, escalator, building services, or related industrial/service sectors is highly beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 50+% of the time within the Miami - Fort Lauderdale area and surrounding markets as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the elevator industry- REQUIRED MUST be comfortable with cold calling & driveing new business MUST be Self-Motivated
  • Ability to travel 50+% of time in your territory (must have car and valid driver license)
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Proficiency in excel, Microsoft, outlook, Smartsheet
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and quotas
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
