About the role
AmCoat, Jacksonville-based, seeks a Head of Dealer Success to grow and optimize our national dealer network. You will own end-to-end dealer recruiting, onboarding, and the launch of new partners, while building repeatable systems and playbooks that drive revenue and profitability across the network.
You will manage a Center of Excellence, develop KPIs, and ensure accountability through training, processes, and data-driven performance management. This role reports to the CEO.
