About the role

Trueline’s is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-end custom renovation projects throughout the Sandpoint, Idaho area. You will manage luxury residential remodeling from estimating through closeout, develop schedules, coordinate subcontractors and materials, and oversee budgets and change orders to ensure profitable delivery. The role requires 5+ years in residential construction project management, experience with custom homes or high-end renovations, strong budgeting and communication
