Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate hotel accommodations, ground transportation, catering, and related service arrangements for pilots and flight crews worldwide.
Respond to last-minute changes caused by maintenance issues, crew emergencies, schedule changes, and other operational disruptions.
Communicate with pilots, hotels, transportation providers, catering contacts, and internal teams to confirm service details.
Email hotels to request room blocks, track confirmations, and follow up by phone when needed.
Maintain the service queue and ensure arrangements are confirmed before crew arrivals.
Update internal systems with booking details, service changes, and confirmations so crews have accurate and current information.
