About the role

Abode Communities in Los Angeles is seeking a detail‐driven Development Accountant to manage the accounting for affordable housing developments from acquisition through construction. You will coordinate with Development Project Managers, lenders, contractors, and vendors to keep projects funded, on track, and audit‐ready. You'll produce total job costing, verify lien releases, reconcile general ledger, and support external auditors while partnering with the Development team to ensure timely
