About the role
Finezi Inc. in California is seeking a Contract Instructional Designer for six months to design and develop instructor-led, classroom, and field-based training for power generation apprenticeships.
You will perform detailed task analyses for high‑risk, hands‑on work and create hands-on activities, guides, and scenarios. Work with SMEs, define learning objectives, apply ADDIE or similar methodologies, and produce assessments, simulations, videos, and other media.
