About the role
Garage Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Founding Technical Recruiter in New York to build Engineering, Product, and Design teams as the company scales. You will own searches end to end, create pipelines from scratch, and drive a fast, thoughtful process to attract top technical talent. Work closely with the CTO and leaders to push hiring quality and scale the recruiting ecosystem with modern tools like Ashby and AI assistants. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a fast-moving startup.
