About the role
Leading a high-performing sales team, the full-time Director of Sales - Flight Test will develop and execute sales strategies for Aerospace Instrumentation products, manage senior-level customer relationships, and drive profitable growth in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Leads and mentors a team of account managers, fostering collaboration and accountability while guiding complex customer negotiations
Develops strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and aligns strategies with product roadmaps and customer requirements
Acts as a senior point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while driving contract renewals and modificationsRequired qualificationsSecret Security Clearance required; Active Top Secret (TS) clearance preferred
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Engineering, or a related technical field required; Master's degree preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role within Flight Test Instrumentation or related aerospace markets
Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar accounts and meeting sales targets
Strong presentation and communication skills to articulate growth strategies to stakeholders
