About the role

Overview: We are looking for a Structured Finance / Investment Analyst to support debt financing and investment transactions across renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities: Support the analysis and structuring of debt transactions for renewable energy projects. Build and maintain financial models covering project cash flows, debt sizing, returns, and sensitivities. Analyze project financials, credit risk, financing structures, and investment returns. Support due diligence and review project contracts, financial assumptions, and transaction documents. Prepare investment memos, financial analysis, presentations, and transaction materials. Work with lenders, investors, developers, legal, and technical teams throughout the transaction process. Assist with transaction execution from initial analysis through financial close.
Requirements: 1+ year of experience in structured finance, project finance, investment banking, infrastructure finance, or a related field. Solar or renewable energy industry experience is required. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. Understanding of debt financing, project finance, credit analysis, and transaction structuring. Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
