About the role
To achieve pharmacy affordability goals, the full-time Senior Strategic Advisor, Pharmacy will design specialty pharmacy networks, develop contracting strategies, and optimize network performance while working remotely from various locations in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
Proactively identify and implement specialty pharmacy network strategies and reimbursement models to support affordability goals
Develop and execute optimization strategies, including network design and pricing approaches, to enhance performance and compliance
Translate complex market dynamics into actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders and present findings to executive leadership
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
5+ years of experience in a related field
In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field
