My Gutter Doctor is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in helping homeowners find the right solutions for protecting and maintaining their homes. You will manage customer opportunities from initial inquiry through estimate, follow-up, and scheduling while delivering a professional, educational, and honest sales experience.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Compensation: $50,000–$70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online requests Qualify leads and identify each customer's needs Prepare and present estimates for gutter cleaning, repairs, gutter guards, gutter replacement, and soffit & fascia services Educate homeowners on service options, warranties, and recurring maintenance memberships Consistently follow up on open estimates and sales opportunities Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate customer records Coordinate with field supervisors and technicians to gather information needed for estimates Work opportunities generated by our technicians, existing customers, and membership base Identify appropriate opportunities for additional services and recurring memberships Maintain strong communication between customers, sales, operations, and field teams Meet individual sales, conversion, and gross-margin expectations Deliver an excellent customer experience without relying on high-pressure sales tactics
