About the role

Mission Staffing is growing, and we’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Temporary & Consulting Division in New York! This recruiter will focus primarily on supporting our financial services clients, including banks, investment managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, insurance companies, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Recruit for temporary, temp-to-perm, and consulting opportunities across financial services
  • Source and screen candidates across operations, middle office, accounting & finance, compliance, risk, administrative support, and other business functions
  • Build strong candidate pipelines within the banking, investment management, and insurance markets
  • Manage candidates throughout the interview, offer, onboarding, and placement process
  • Partner closely with our sales and account management teams on active client searches
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and consultants
What We’re Looking For:
  • Recruiting or staffing experience preferred
  • Financial services recruiting experience is a major plus
  • Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills
