Beth Israel Lahey Health's LHMC Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine is seeking a highly motivated critical care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a busy ICU service. The role emphasizes independent thinking, patient-centered care and a team-based approach within a collaborative environment. The APP will participate in daily rounds, manage critical illnesses, perform common bedside procedures, ventilator management and ICU admissions, and join the Medical Emergency Team
