About the role

Oakland County Bar Association in Bloomfield Hills seeks an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant / Legal Secretary to join our office full-time. Michigan family-law experience is required and the ideal candidate will work independently in a busy legal environment. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, e-filing with Michigan courts, managing the attorney's calendar and deadlines, and supporting discovery and other litigation tasks.
