About the role
Collaborating with a small in-house legal team, the temporary full-time Contracts Attorney will provide coverage for approximately three months by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Review, draft, revise, and negotiate various commercial agreements
Redline contracts and assist with contract management processes
Monitor and respond to inquiries within a shared legal inbox
Required qualifications:
Active bar license in any U.S. state
Prior experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive and adaptable attitude
Ability to handle both routine and complex contract matters
In-house and/or fintech experience is a plus, but not required
