About the role

Part Time Executive AdministratorTurning Point Action is seeking a Part Time Executive Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative tasks for the Executive team. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to managing and paying incoming invoices, promptly responding to external and internal parties regarding scheduling, keeping an inventory of and restocking office materials, and any other administrative tasks relating to the team. This is an entry level position.The primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Data entry with Google Sheets.Promptly paying and tracking incoming invoices.Responding to inquiries from the Executive team.Managing professional relationships with other conservative organizations.Organizing and maintaining the Turning Point Action Airtable database.Updating the Google Drive when needed.Minimum qualifications include, but are not limited to the following:Excellent oral and written communication skillsKnowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)Passion for conservative ideas and principlesExtremely organizedStrong work ethic and goal-orientedSelf-starter and self-motivatedPunctual and extremely responsiveWow! skills:Past administrative experiencePast/present involvement in conservative youth organizationsExperience starting campus organizations and/orLeadership experience in conservative youth organizationsAll applicants will be subject to a background check and would be required to sign an NDA for employment.
