Senior Accounting Manager (Remote/Hybrid) CFO Advisory Group Up to $150,000 Base Salary + BonusMUST HAVE CPAWe're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities while partnering with business leaders to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes🔹 Prepare and review financial statements and management reports🔹 Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies🔹 Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger activities🔹 Partner with external auditors during audits and reviews🔹 Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls🔹 Mentor and develop accounting staff
Qualifications: ✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance✔️ 8+ years of progressive accounting experience✔️ Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting✔️ Experience with general ledger systems and ERP platforms✔️ Advanced Excel skills✔️ CPA preferred but not required✔️ Public accounting experience is a plus This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to take the next step into a leadership role with a company that values collaboration, growth, and professional development.
