About the role

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manager We're building something at Borusan Pipe. And we're looking for the person who wants to build it with us. Borusan Pipe U.S. is looking for a Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Manager to help shape the next evolution of how we attract, assess, and build talent. This is not a role where you inherit a mature recruiting playbook and simply manage requisitions. We want someone who sees a hiring challenge and asks: How do we build the pipeline before we need it? How do we make hiring faster and better? How do we create stronger partnerships with schools and our communities? How do we know which recruiting channels are actually working? How do we turn Talent Acquisition into a real competitive advantage for the business? What you'll own Talent Acquisition strategy and day-to-day execution Critical hourly, skilled-trades, technical and salaried recruiting Recruiting agency strategy and performance Talent pipelines with high schools, technical/community colleges and universities More streamlined, standardized interviewing and selection Pre-employment and talent assessment capabilities Workforce planning and future talent pipelines Recruiting analytics, KPIs and continuous improvement And perhaps most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to build and improve, not simply maintain. Who we're looking for You may be a great fit if you've built your career in manufacturing, steel, petrochemical, energy, heavy industrial, engineering, maintenance or another operational environment and know that recruiting in these businesses requires more than posting jobs and waiting for applicants. We're looking for someone who can balance strategy with execution, build credibility with operations leaders, challenge the status quo, and roll up their sleeves when a critical position needs to be filled. You should be comfortable walking into ambiguity and saying: "I know how to build this."Why this opportunity? Because the role has visibility. Because the work matters. Because you'll have room to influence how we operate. And because we're looking for someone who wants to help build a talent engine capable of supporting where Borusan Pipe is going next. Interested? Apply and let's talk.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
