Fieldguide is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to lead a world‑class, globally distributed recruiting function. You will design scalable hiring systems, build an employer品牌 that attracts top talent, and drive AI-enabled processes to sustain rapid growth from 200 to 600+ employees across engineering, GTM, and other functions.
You’ll partner with founders and executives to align hiring with business strategy.
