The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its mission of closing the economic mobility gap and fostering a more inclusive and prosperous community. The successful candidate will be a purpose-driven, community-minded leader with a proven track record in senior executive roles. This role is pivotal in leading the strategic direction of the organization, serving as its chief ambassador, and cultivating strong relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders, including business, civic, education, and government leaders. The CEO will be responsible for advancing sector-based workforce initiatives, developing sustainable revenue, and fostering a high-performing organizational culture. Experience in fundraising, business development, and a deep understanding of the local community or the ability to quickly establish credibility are essential. The ideal CEO for the company will be a strategic thinker, a trusted convener, and a change leader with a focus on innovation and influence. They must be adept at building and leading cross-sector coalitions, and be comfortable operating in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
