Senior VDC Engineer (Remote) – Electrical Construction We’re looking for a VDC pro who can own their project, drive coordination with confidence, support prefab the right way, and keep the field thrilled with clean, buildable models. If you understand electrical construction, think ahead, communicate clearly, and don’t need someone hovering over your shoulder… you’ll fit right in.
Responsibilities:
Lead coordination on complex electrical projects Run your project from kickoff through install Produce accurate, constructible models in Revit/Evolve Work directly with GCs, trades, and internal teams Support prefab with assemblies, spools, and shop‑ready deliverables Partner with field leadership to make sure the model matches real‑world installation needs
Qualifications:
5+ years of VDC/BIM experience in electrical construction Strong Revit + Evolve skills Experience coordinating large, complex electrical scopes ($20M-300M+)A proactive, problem‑solving mindset Clear communication skills - especially in coordination meetings The ability to earn trust from field teams and keep projects moving
