About the role

CareSource Military & Veterans (CSMV) is seeking an Outreach Navigator to serve as a trusted community-based outreach specialist for TRICARE-eligible veterans, retirees, and families. This contract, field-based role offers $35/hour with approved travel and event-related expenses, reporting to the Program Lead, CSMV. Location includes Atlanta, GA and Tampa, FL, with duties spanning education of TRICARE Prime benefits, warm handoffs to enrollment specialists, and data capture in secure systems
