About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Regional Sales to develop business with community and regional health systems. The role owns a territory of named accounts and leads consultative, discovery-based sales, using customer data to build tailored business cases rather than relying on product pitches. Responsibilities include engaging executives and stakeholders across finance, operations, and clinical teams; managing complex, multi-party sales cycles; and maintaining disciplined account and opportunity plans. The successful candidate will also share market insights and sales learnings to help strengthen the team's regional approach. Candidates should have at least 10 years of successful sales experience in the hospital or health-system sector, a record of meeting or exceeding quotas, and current executive relationships in the assigned territory. They should be skilled in consultative selling, presenting financial and operational cases to C-suite buyers, building multi-year financial projections, and navigating complex purchasing processes. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Experience selling clinical or financial services to health systems, and relationships with relevant healthcare networks or associations, is desirable. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
