Location: New York, NY (In-Office)
About the Role: We are looking for a professional and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the face of our NYC marketing firm. You will greet guests, manage phones, and support our daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities: Greet visitors, manage sign-ins, and direct guest arrivals. Answer, route, and manage incoming phone calls and inquiries. Handle basic administrative work, computer tasks, and calendar management. Keep the front desk and conference rooms clean and organized.
Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office / Google Suite).Authorized to work in the United States.
