Customer Experience Representative

About the role
Customer Experience Representative Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, coordinating with manufacturing, inventory, and shipping teams. This role provides timely updates, resolves issues, and identifies sales opportunities while delivering a consistent, positive customer experience. Process product and sample orders, maintain customer and order records, and support invoicing and vendor-managed inventory. Coordinate order fulfillment with plant, warehouse, shipping, and sales teams, considering production capacity, inventory availability, and shipping schedules. Respond to customer inquiries, provide order updates, and resolve issues through completion. Follow up on leads, identify customer needs, recommend products, and support sales targets through new business and upselling. Maintain current knowledge of products, services, and competing offerings to provide accurate information. Support administrative tasks and projects, follow safety requirements, and participate in occasional field travel as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.3–5 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a related role. Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems; SAP preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and work independently and collaboratively. A proactive, customer-focused approach and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Accounting or administrative experience is a plus.
