Production Line Operator
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3:00am to 11:30am, 11:30am to 8:00pm, 2:30pm to 11:00pm (flexible with overtime) Summary of Key Responsibilities: Responsible for daily activities of the production line(s), ensuring product adheres to company's standard of safety, quality, and throughput. Operate various machines in accordance with provided training and instruction Prepare machine daily operation according to SOP & Standard Work Instructions. Perform necessary machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure quality and quantity standards are being produced. Consistent adherence to GMPs and SOPs always Follows the production schedule Keep daily records of downtime and machine operations Manage and monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies used in production, ensuring timely replenishment to avoid interruptions in the manufacturing process. Accurately record inventory lot numbers used in production, ensuring proper documentation, traceability, and adherence to First Expired, First Out (FEFO) inventory management practices Manage quick changeovers according to the cleaning matrix, ensuring efficient transitions between products while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards Performs other job- related projects, duties and assignments as directed by leadership and management
