About the Position: Sensible Recycling is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented employee for a warehouse position that combines hands-on material sorting with computer data entry to create CODs/CORs. This role requires someone comfortable working with warehouse materials and entering accurate information into our system. You’ll help keep customer materials organized and ensure the related documentation is complete and correct.
Responsibilities: Sort incoming electronics and recyclable materials according to company procedures. Keep customer materials identified and separated as required. Record material descriptions, quantities, weights, and other required information. Enter data into company software to prepare CODs/CORs. Review entries and documents for accuracy and completeness. Identify missing information or discrepancies and bring them to the warehouse lead or manager. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure records match the materials processed. Maintain an organized work area and follow warehouse safety procedures. Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work. Basic computer skills and comfort entering information into software. Ability to follow procedures and stay organized while handling multiple tasks. Dependability, punctuality, and clear communication. Willingness to learn material identification and COD/COR procedures. Ability to perform hands-on warehouse work, including standing, bending, and moving materials throughout the shift. Experience in warehouse sorting, recycling, inventory, or data entry is helpful. Who Would Be a Good Fit?
