About the role

Job Title Major Responsibilities/Activities: Use of power and hand tools to mechanically assemble tracks and or panels. This includes sectional, rolling steel, and/or fabric doors. Ensure products are being assembled to the highest quality by adhering to established procedures and approved processes. Work with the highest level of safety. Fulfill production orders on time to meet product delivery times. Use of scanners and computers to communicate production order status. Provide feedback for process improvement opportunities that would enhance safety, productivity, or efficiency. Maintain and improve area cleanliness to ensure a clean and safe work environment. Ability to flex into other work areas as needed. Must be willing to work overtime when needed.
Minimum Requirements: High attention to detail. Prioritization skills. Ability to use hand tools.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Essential Physical Functions: Be able to safely lift or move at least 50 lbs. Be able to safely climb stairs or ladder.
