About the role
Danone North America seeks a Director, Product & Package Scale-Up, R&I to lead end-to-end scale-up for new and renovated products across dairy, beverages, yogurt, and more. You will partner with Packaging, Operations, Quality, Engineering, and external manufacturers to ensure manufacturability, validated processes, and rapid commercialization.
You will oversee a senior team of Scientists and Engineers, guiding trial design, risk management, and performance governance to deliver first-time-right
