About the role
Preschool Teacher (Full-Time) We're a warm, relationship-focused preschool looking for dedicated, dependable teachers who truly enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do:
- Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
- Lead daily activities, lessons, and routines for preschool-aged children
- Communicate with parents in a professional and caring manner
- Manage classroom behavior with confidence and consistency
- Support children's social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Work closely with a team to ensure consistency and care
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in childcare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability (attendance and consistency are critical)
- Warm, patient, and engaging personality
- Ability to manage a classroom independently
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
- Someone who takes pride in their work and shows up fully each day

Compensation & Benefits:
$17–20/hour (based on experience) Free childcare for full-time employees 50% healthcare coverage after 90 daysPTO (accrued from day one, available after 90 days) Schedule Full-time, consistent schedule Reliability and punctuality are essential
