REVH is a privately-owned 24/7/365 emergency and critical care hospital located in Windham, New Hampshire. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and compassionate Lead Veterinary Technician to oversee our amazing clinical team.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Supervision: Oversee daily workflow, manage staff scheduling, coordinate inventory ordering, controlled drug logging, and lead by example in a fast-paced environment. Staff Development: Train new staff members, evaluate technical skills, participate in annual review process, staff counseling. and foster a positive team culture. Clinical Care: Strong ER technician – ICU care, anesthesia monitoring, advanced skills. Communication: Maintain open, honest communication with the team. Schedule routine staff meetings, one-on-one check-ins. Be available and an approachable point of contact for staff concerns. Qualifications & Requirements Certification: Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT)
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of practical experience in a general practice, urgent care, or emergency/referral hospital; previous senior or lead experience.
