About the role
Confezioni Peserico was created in 1962 by Maria Peserico in Cornedo Vicentino nearby Vicenza in the heart of Veneto, as a small manufacturer specialized in women’s pants. In the early 90’s the collections grew to cover a total look, and the label PESERICO was finally added to our products made exclusively in Italy. Today, the company creates, produces and distributes three different collections: Woman, Man, Aurea. The Stockperson will be hired at Peserico located in Sawgrass Mills. The following is the job description for a Stocker including but not limited to the following duties: Manage and maintain the storage conditions of goods received from the warehouse. Coordinate retail space activities, dispose of trash and manage the cleanliness of the storeroom/store. Provide customer service since they work in a visible space on the floor while arranging merchandise. Stock the shelves of the stockroom with goods and keep inventory. Receive merchandise that comes into the warehouse and ensure that the merchandise is unloaded and stored according to established procedure. Maintain the cleanliness of the store and enhance the appearance of the store by adopting the most appropriate display techniques. Physical Demands and
Work Environment:
Must be able to bend, squat, reach, and climb as needed for stocking. Climbing a ladder is required. Push and pull racks or merchandise as needed. Capable of lifting to 50 lbs. Uninterrupted standing for extended periods of time. Excellent listening and communication skills. Exposure to bright lights
Other Requirements:
Availability: Flexibility to work most evenings, weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed.
