Description Proactively source and engage candidates Support hiring efforts tied to market expansion and new geographic growth Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and other sourcing platforms to identify qualifi ed talent Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines aligned with hiring goals Craft thoughtful outreach messages to attract both active and passive candidates Collaborate with recruiters to refi ne sourcing strategies and prioritize searches Track candidate activity and sourcing efforts in recruiting systems Stay informed on NYC-area market trends and talent availabi Profile ? 1+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience ? Strong familiarity with the NYC talent market ? Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing tools ? Strong written communication, organization, and time-management skills ?
