The Role: We’re hiring an entry-level Sales Representative to prospect, qualify, and close new business in the Cincinnati market. You’ll work alongside experienced sellers, compete in regular sales contests, and receive hands-on coaching to accelerate your success.
Key Responsibilities: Generate leads via cold outreach (phone, email, social) and follow up inbound interest Qualify opportunities and run discovery conversations Present value-based solutions and close deals to meet monthly and weekly quotas Track activity and pipeline in CRM; forecast accurately Participate in team competitions, training, and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For: 0–2 years sales experience or strong competitive background (retail, hospitality, athletics, fundraising, etc.) Hungry, driven, resilient — thrives in a results-focused environment Strong verbal communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills Coachable, quick learner, and comfortable with targets/metrics Comfortable working in Cincinnati, OH Valid driver’s license as needed for local travel
