To support our team working out of the San Diego, CA office we are actively seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant. We focus on delivering solutions that positively impact communities and approach each challenge with enthusiasm, an open mind, and willingness to go above and beyond.https://www.coargroup.com/As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our San Diego office. Your responsibilities will contribute to a well-organized work environment and support office events and activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Phone Management: Professionally handle and direct phone calls, serving as the first point of contact. Correspondence Handling: Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, encompassing emails, mail, and packages. Record Management: Maintain a structured filing system, organizing records, invoices, and important documentation. Vendor and Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for repairs and office maintenance, including general housekeeping, ensuring a productive work environment. Maintain well-stocked office supplies to prevent disruptions in daily operations. Event Support: Contribute to the planning and organization of events and activities, fostering a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Clerical support and assistance on various miscellaneous items. Data entry and writing, editing, and proof-reading documents. On-boarding Assistance: Participate in the on-boarding process ensuring seamless integration of new team members.
QUALIFICATIONS: Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy in document management and data entry.
Office Experience: Previous office administration experience desired
