Residential Service Electrician

Responsibilities: Travel to customer homes and businesses to perform on-site electrical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs with pre-set company provided appointments. Estimate and price electrical work on the spot, including providing clear explanations and recommendations to customers. Present repair, replacement, and upgrade options based on the customer's needs by educating customers without using high-pressure sales tactics. Build rapport and establish trust with customers through clear communication and professional service. Follow all safety rules and regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform safety inspections and identify opportunities to improve the home's electrical system. Deliver a five-star experience on every call.
