About the role

NFI Industries seeks a Manager of Organizational Change Management to lead change enablement for strategic initiatives, reporting to the Vice President, Talent Development. You will build foundational tools, support high-impact programs, and embed structured change practices across HR, Communications, and operations. You will partner with leaders to drive adoption, alignment, and enduring outcomes, including workday-related efforts and enterprise system implementations.
