This isn't a role where you wait for a task list; this is a leadership position for a self-directed creator who thrives on independent decision‐making, high-impact results, and building teams.Agency Growth Team (AGT) is recruiting on behalf of our client, Seven Figure Agency, seeking to place a Marketing Manager.Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Marketing Manager is a key leadership position responsible for being the architect of the content ecosystem and transforming raw insights and member wins into compelling narratives that inspire their target market: digital marketing agency owners.From executing real-time coverage at our exclusive Miami Intensives to mastering the nuances of our leadership's brand voices, you will own the end‐to‐end strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond. RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop weekly/monthly content calendarsPlan platform‐specific content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)Align content with marketing campaigns, intensives, and launchesIdentify content opportunities from member wins, testimonials, sessionsContent CreationWrite all social media posts (captions, hooks, CTAs)Create platform‐appropriate variations (carousel for IG, text‐heavy for FB, professional for LinkedIn)Select photos and graphics for postsWrite captions for short‐form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)Brand Voice & ToneMaintain Josh's voice and tone across all platformsMaintain Yesenia's voice for her personal profilesUnderstand and apply the 7FA brand guidelinesPresent speakers and members as "heroes" in contentIntensive & Event CoverageReal‐time posting during Member Intensives (3‐4x per year in Miami)Cover all sessions with before/during/after postsPost award winner announcementsTag speakers, members, and companies appropriatelyWork extended hours during intensive week (awards are after‐hours)Paid Media & Ad CoordinationProvide creative direction for Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (ad provider handles execution)Develop and test ad creative coaching/education industry preferredPlatform expertise (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), along with experience with ads or coordinating with ad providersStrong people leadership experience and capable of managing a distributed team.Familiarity with EOS / Traction operating systems is considered an assetProficiency in:ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides,
