Description: This role is very engaging for the right person, as it blends hands-on service & mechanical work with account management, customer service, and sales. In this role you will learn: Preventative maintenance & repair to our commercial dishwashing machines. Product delivery and inventory management of the cleaning chemicals we provide to restaurants. Invoicing, receiving payments, upselling, and on-site training. Build strong customer relationships that lead to loyalty and new sales opportunities. Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs. What You’ll Gain
Pay: $22-$24/hr and opportunities for commission. Consistent schedule of Monday- Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm, with occasional overtime. Full medical, dental, and vision benefits.401(k) + profit sharing. What You Bring: Strong customer service and communication skills. Mechanical aptitude — comfortable learning equipment, diagnosing issues, and fixing problems.
