- Set up and operate various manual lathe machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawings
- Verify that parts meet all print specifications using precision measuring tools
- Perform regular machine maintenance and monitor tool wear
- Load, indicate, and secure parts accurately to fixtures
- Work efficiently to meet production timelines and maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure workflow efficiency
- What Were Looking For:35 years of hands-on manual lathe experience
- Strong knowledge of manual machining processes and tolerances
- Skilled in measurement tools and blueprint reading
- Ability to work with large and small components
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven
- Willingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays when needed
