Who You Are: You don't guess. You diagnose. You don't patch. You fix. And when you're done, the system runs better than before you arrived. A true problem-solver you find root causes and deliver lasting solutions, not temporary fixes that bring a callback Technically fluent hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and comfortable with welding, hydraulics, and fabrication Self-managed you run your day, your tools, and your job site like a professional without waiting to be told Physically capable regular fieldwork in varying outdoor conditions, frequent standing, bending, ladder use, and lifting up to 50 pounds Customer-facing confident you communicate complex technical information clearly and represent Dura Serv with professionalism on every callA competitor you take pride in being the technician who handles the jobs others can't, and you don't leave a job site until it's right

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
