About the role

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the AI Account Executive will support account delivery by managing tasks, coordinating with clients and teams, and utilizing AI tools to enhance operational efficiency for globally recognized brands in US entertainment. Key responsibilities Support account delivery by owning delegated tasks and ensuring smooth coordination without repeated follow-ups Transform client requests and service priorities into clear tasks, maintaining accurate account context and follow-through Utilize AI tools to complete account work, critically reviewing outputs and improving workflows for team efficiency Required qualifications Proven experience in managing client or operational delivery, demonstrated through work, studies, or self-initiated projects Hands-on experience with AI tools and agents, showcasing the ability to delegate and improve work outputs Familiarity with structured work systems like Airtable, Monday.com, or Notion, with a focus on maintaining clean data and improving workflows Strong communication skills in English, capable of explaining complex information clearly to clients Demonstrated ability to think systemically, turning ambiguity into clear processes and actionable steps
