Drevo Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team as our current Office Assistant is relocating out of state.
Drevo Inc. specializes in commercial finish carpentry, exterior siding, and cladding installations throughout Florida. We are a fast-paced, growing construction company looking for someone who can help keep our day-to-day operations organized and running smoothly.

Position Summary
The Office Assistant will provide general administrative and organizational support to help keep our daily business operations running efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Training will also be provided in job estimating and proposal preparation , offering an opportunity to learn additional skills and take on greater responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Organize and maintain digital and physical files and records.
Prepare, format, and edit documents, spreadsheets, reports, and other office materials.
Assist with job tracking, scheduling, data entry, and administrative follow-up.
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, and team members as needed.
Order office supplies and help maintain an organized and efficient office.
Assist with job estimating and proposal preparation as training is provided.
Perform other general office and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook .
Comfortable learning new software, systems, and processes.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required .
Florida Notary certification is a plus, but not required .
