About the role
Brewery Jobs.com in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Brewer II (Overnight) to join our production team. This full-time, non-exempt role runs 7:00 pm to 4:00 am, Monday through Friday, performing advanced brewhouse and cellar tasks with accuracy and quality.
You will report to the Director of Quality, Brewhouse and Cellar Operations, participating in wort production, CIP processes, yeast handling, filtration, and log-keeping.
