Role Overview
This is a hands-on internship designed for someone who wants real exposure to the inner workings of artist management. You’ll be supporting day-to-day operations across music releases, A&R, marketing rollouts, and general artist strategy.
This is not a passive internship. You’ll be expected to think, contribute, and operate like part of the team.
What You’ll Do
Assist with A&R research : sourcing records, identifying emerging artists, tracking trends
Help organize and maintain release schedules, assets, and metadata
Support marketing rollouts (DSPs, socials, DJ promo, content planning)
Coordinate and prep materials for meetings, sessions, and campaigns
Conduct industry research (labels, agents, brand partners, collaborators)
Help manage inbox flow, submissions, and artist communications
Assist with live event prep and on-site support when applicable
Maintain internal systems (Airtable, Drive, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
Deep interest in music (especially electronic, dance, and global scenes)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do
Clear communication (written + verbal)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, etc.
Bonus: basic understanding of music releases, royalties, or DJ culture
