In essence: Think. Strategize. Go. Role Overview This is a hands-on internship designed for someone who wants real exposure to the inner workings of artist management. You’ll be supporting day-to-day operations across music releases, A&R, marketing rollouts, and general artist strategy. This is not a passive internship. You’ll be expected to think, contribute, and operate like part of the team. What You’ll Do Assist with A&R research : sourcing records, identifying emerging artists, tracking trends Help organize and maintain release schedules, assets, and metadata Support marketing rollouts (DSPs, socials, DJ promo, content planning) Coordinate and prep materials for meetings, sessions, and campaigns Conduct industry research (labels, agents, brand partners, collaborators) Help manage inbox flow, submissions, and artist communications Assist with live event prep and on-site support when applicable Maintain internal systems (Airtable, Drive, etc.) What We’re Looking For Deep interest in music (especially electronic, dance, and global scenes) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do Clear communication (written + verbal) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, etc. Bonus: basic understanding of music releases, royalties, or DJ culture What You’ll Gain Direct exposure to artist management at a high level Real experience across A&R, marketing, and operations Insight into how records are released, promoted, and monetized Opportunity to build a network within the music industry Potential pathway to long-term role within TSG How to Apply Send the following: Resume Short note on why you want to work in music management 3 tracks you think we should know about right now (and why) Email: hazard@theshalizigroup.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
