This role sits between design and engineering and helps translate wireframes and mockups into working prototypes and products. You'll work to help turn substandard user interfaces into elegant workflows and create a cohesive customer experience.The WorkPrototype and build interactive workflows that bridge design intent and technical implementationMaintain and extend design system libraries and templates so they hold up in codeWork directly with designers, analysts and developers to ensure designs are accurate and buildableBuild and configure within low-code/no-code platforms as part of the delivery workflowSupport product quality across the delivery cycle, from usability checks to accessibility and QAAdapt quickly to new tools and platforms as the technical environment evolvesWhat You Need4 years working at the intersection of design and front-end developmentSolid design sensibility, comfort working within a shared design systemWorking understanding of HTML/CSS and enough front-end fluency to assess design feasibilityExperience with low-code/no-code authoring toolsProficiency with collaboration tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence at a team-wide or enterprise scaleFamiliarity with UCD/HCD or design thinking conceptsComfort switching between different platforms and toolsBonus PointsExperience on a large-scale federal IT programExperience with ServiceNow UI Builder or similar enterprise low-code platformsExperience delivering codeFamiliarity with SAFe deliverySecurity RequirementsActive Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on positionThe pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:$106,300 - $221,100 USDEqual Employment Opportunity Statement We believe that no one should be discriminated against because of their differences.
