About the role
- Administer Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll environments (Development, Test, UAT, Production).Configure and support Payroll, Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Time and
- Labor, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Performance Management, Journeys, and Help Desk.
- Configure payroll elements, balances, formulas, payroll definitions, payment methods, costing, legislative data groups, and payroll relationships.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loads, BIPublisher reports, OTBI reports, and Spreadsheet Loader templates.
- Support payroll processing, retroactive pay, costing, tax updates, year-end processing(W-2), and payroll reconciliation.
- Implement and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, HDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Manage security roles, data roles, SSO/Identity Domains, and user provisioning.
- Perform quarterly Oracle Cloud update testing, regression testing, and production support.
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and work with Oracle Support on Service Requests.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and functional guidance.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field.5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementation and support experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax regulations, and HCM business processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly updates.
